Rolled oats are gently baked with almonds, pecans, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flax seed, orange peel, cranberries, a touch of dried apricot, and warming spices like cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. Lightly sweetened and roasted in olive oil, this granola balances warmth, crunch, and brightness without becoming heavy.
This is a seasonal Christmas edition, available for a limited time only. Each batch is packed into a beautiful 500 g kilner style glass jar with a metal clip closure, finished with a festive Christmas trim. Ideal for gifting or for slow winter mornings at home.
