Seasonal Fruit Tart
Light, buttery, and beautifully balanced — my Seasonal Fruit Tart is an ode to classic baking. Beneath its jewel-bright fruit lies a smooth, hand-whisked custard made completely from scratch with fresh milk, eggs, and pure vanilla. It’s gently set, fragrant, and velvety — the kind of custard that tastes of care and patience rather than sweetness alone.
The golden pastry shell adds a delicate crunch, holding that silky vanilla layer and a generous crown of ripe seasonal fruit — perhaps strawberries and peaches in summer, figs and berries in autumn, or a mix of whatever is most beautiful right now. Each slice brings together crispness, creaminess, and freshness in quiet harmony — a tart that feels both elegant and comforting.
Available in three sizes:
- Large (14–16+ slices) – perfect for gatherings or gifting.
- Small (8 cm) – box of 6.
- Mini (4 cm) – box of 12.
